The hotel was right near the city centre rooms were very clean and staff very helpful. All the big fast food outlets were just up the road as well as supermarkets. Very close to the river and park. Exceptional price
Nothing at all wrong with the hotel, but the trains! Missoula is on the main line between Seattle and Chicago and the train drivers like you to know they are passing through most of the night.

Good location. Friendly Staff
I have used this property in past. I have even stayed in this room before , a few things about this room, the bed frame was falling apart, li. ghting could be inproved, most of all , the room was very musty, the ceiling in bathroom was very water marked , almost had a feeling of mold It was a good stay, perhaps next time a different room would be in order The hotel exterior looked great in the web page, the room we stayed in needs to be improved

Clean & well-kept with parking in front of the room. The desk clerk was friendly & knowledgeable about the area and dining options. I like the individuality of this classic-style motel versus the cookie-cutter chains. The neon on the building & classic sign were nice touches. Most importantly, this motel is only a two block walk to the main downtown street, with lots of restaurants, coffee houses, & pubs. It is also a short walk from the river park, and easy to get on & off I-90.
The pool hours seemed somewhat restrictive (only open til 9pm)

Price and location
Condition. I felt like I was the 1000th customer to stay in the room. It could really use some updating and repairs.

convenient location
Continental breakfast was poor. The room did not have bead side table. No clothes hangers. No fridge or microwave. Adequate for a short stay.

The building and motel sign are colorful and retro. The motel has been in Missoula for many years. Two blocks from the Oxford. Six blocks from 5 Guys.
Bed was very small. Sheets were too small for the bed. An air conditioner provided room heat -- very little heat. Bathroom shower had hot water, but very cold air. Parking spaces were painted for narrow "Model T's" -- very difficult to get into and out of car when lot is full.
